Docker for Rails Developers: Build, Ship, and Run Your Applications Everywhere
I’m halfway through the book and would recommend it. The book requires some basic Rails knowledge (working through this short tutorial would probably be enough), but the information in it is useful for any kind of web application (Flask, Django, Node, PHP, etc.).
If anyone wants to talk about this book and/or Docker at a meetup, let me know.
